Membership

The 2 Rivers Area Credit Union will strive to provide financial and educational services to all members by analyzing their needs and wants in a cost effective manner and provide sound savings programs, increase personalized financial programs and offer reasonable rates on loans.

• All persons living in or working in Kankakee, Will, and Iroquois Counties.
• You qualify to be a member of our Credit Union if you are an employee of Shapiro Developmental Center, Illinois Veterans in Manteno or Fox Development Center.
• Spouses of persons who expired while within the field of membership.
• Persons retired as pensioner or annuitants from the above employer's.
• Family members of otherwise eligible persons; family members are defined as: spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece or nephew. This also includes stepparents, stepchildren, step-siblings and adoptions. And "Household Members" are people living in the same residence as a single economic unit.
